Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and complying with company procedures in line with AutoZone's standards, Living the Pledge daily.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly
• Operate cash registers and handle cash procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock merchandise and organize displays
• Use ZNET to locate merchandise or suggest alternatives
• Stay informed on products and promotions
• Assist with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs; practice GOTTChA
• Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose issues
• Communicate with managers on customer and employee concerns
• Develop customer service skills and provide honest advice

Position Requirements
