AutoZone's Full-Time Senior Retail Sales Associate drives sales through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures while Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks timely
3. Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe working environment including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
10. Assist with installing wipers blades, batteries, and light bulbs using GOTTChA
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose issues
12. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
13. Engage in developing customer service skills
14. Provide honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
