Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr Transaction Management Analyst to join a high-performing corporate real estate team. You will manage land/building acquisitions, leases, and related transactions, delivering portfolio strategy and optimization for clients.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, data integrity, and project scope definition while aligning with client priorities and CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly reports on lease terminations, renewals, and rent commencements.
• Maintain and track lease information, property values, capex, and rental rates.
• Coordinate all transaction activity, forecasts, and savings tracking for clients.
• Prepare and present detailed financial modeling including balance sheet, P&L, and taxes.
• Assist with project initiation, prioritization, and meeting client milestones.
• Create RFPs, LOIs, and broker opinions of value.
• Review data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
• Calculate cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR for informed client decisions.
• Apply standard principles to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
• Know across own discipline and related functions; lead by example.
