Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Senior Property Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for a portfolio of retail properties. You will drive financial performance, lease administration, and tenant satisfaction while coordinating with owners and executive leadership to meet investment objectives.

The role requires extensive retail property management experience, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to manage multiple assets with a focus on value creation

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Property Management, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of commercial property management experience, including 5+ years managing retail properties and portfolios.
• Experience managing multiple retail assets simultaneously.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or similar platforms; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of retail shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and commercial properties.
• Develop and execute property management strategies to maximize occupancy, tenant retention, and asset value.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, renewals, relocations, and expansions.
• Manage property maintenance, vendors, and service providers.
• Supervise Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and administrative staff.
