Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail commercial property management experience.
• Experience with maintenance and property management accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and implementation of operating budgets.
• Evaluate budget performance and financial results.
