This integral position supports property managers in maintaining profitability through effective financial management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Yardi and Appfolio, is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on retail properties preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports for retail properties.
