Qualifications

• 8+ years of quantitative analytics or related experience (or 6+ with Master’s, or 3+ with PhD).
• Advanced programming experience with Python and PySpark.
• Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Advanced SQL expertise including complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data transformation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and big data environments.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs the most complex quantitative analyses and models development to support decision-making by running quantitative strategies.
• Develops new model frameworks by supporting the line of business; refines, monitors, and validates existing models; works with large data.
• Performs qualitative and quantitative assessments on models including data quality, design, and risks; validates models and assesses risks.
• Evaluates identified model risks and conclusions on strengths and limitations of the model.
• Prepares and analyzes detailed documents for validation and regulatory compliance.
