Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Quantitative Analytics & Model Consultant Senior to join the Retail Banking team.

The role focuses on developing, validating, implementing, and enhancing advanced machine learning, predictive analytics, and quantitative modeling solutions across deposits, transactions, wealth, and customer segmentation. The candidate will leverage large-scale data assets, cloud-based technologies, and sophisticated analytical techniques to build predictive models,

Qualifications

Strong programming experience in Python and PySpark.
Experience deploying ML and predictive modeling solutions.
Experience with cloud computing: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Advanced SQL with complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data transforms.
Experience with large-scale datasets and big data environments.
Able to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy quantitative models and ML solutions for retail banking initiatives.
Validate models, monitor performance, and manage model risk across datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Prepare detailed validation documents adhering to regulatory templates.
Support business objectives with data-driven insights and experiments.
