Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quantitative Analytics & Model Consultant to join the Retail Banking ML & Predictive Modeling team.

Based in Tyson's Corner, VA or other listed locations, you will develop, validate, and deploy advanced machine learning and quantitative models to support deposits, transactions, and wealth management. You will work with large-scale data assets, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cross-functional partners to translate complex analytics into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in analytics or related field; or Master's with 6+ years; or PhD with 3+ years.
• Advanced programming with Python and PySpark.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced SQL with complex joins, aggregations, subqueries and performance tuning.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and big data environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs complex quantitative analyses and model development to support decision-making.
• Develops new model frameworks and validates existing models across lines of business.
• Reviews model reports, data quality and model risks; collaborates with owners and developers.
• Evaluates risks and determines strengths/limitations of models.
• Prepares detailed validation and regulatory documents using templates.
