Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Consultant to join the Data Operations and Machine Learning Operations team.

Based in multiple locations including Pittsburgh, this role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting scalable ML and data solutions enterprise-wide. You will partner with data scientists, business units, and tech teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient production deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Experience supporting ML, analytics, DevOps, or MLOps environments.
• Experience deploying and supporting analytical or machine learning solutions in enterprise environments.
• Programming in Python, SQL, R, or PySpark.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of ML workflows and model deployment concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable ML and analytics solutions across production environments.
• Build and maintain automated pipelines (CI/CD) for model training, scoring, deployment, and retraining.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and reusable data/feature products for models.
• Create model monitoring and analytics frameworks to track performance and data drift.
• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs and RAG techniques.
• Develop testing and evaluation frameworks for AI agents (accuracy, bias, security).
• Deploy AI agents into production with guardrails and logging, monitor usage and cost.
• Measure business impact by defining metrics and tracking results against targets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, stakeholders, and engineers to meet requirements.
