Job summary

AI Digital is seeking a Senior Strategic Media Lead to shape media strategies, manage strategic client relationships, and drive retail media opportunities for a major client. You will partner with the Growth team to develop compelling pitches and proposals and work on-site with client stakeholders in Orange County, CA, twice per week.

The role requires proven experience in digital media planning, media buying, and advertising strategy, with hands-on Retail Media expertise and strong presentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital media planning, media buying, or advertising strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Retail Media networks and retailer platforms.
• Agency-side experience with client-facing strategy development and delivery.
• Strong client-facing skills including presenting recommendations and managing stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital ecosystem.
• Ability to craft compelling media strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape media strategies and present strategic recommendations and plans.
• Own strategic relationships with a key client and provide ongoing guidance.
• Drive retail media opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Support pitches and proposals with Growth team inputs.
• Collaborate on-site with client stakeholders in Orange County, CA, twice weekly.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations through industry research and trends.
• Contribute to strategic planning for high-priority requests from Growth team.
• Create strategic materials like decks and POVs to communicate expertise.
