Job summary

Dutchie is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Media Partnerships to lead cannabis retailer relationships and scale the advertising platform across the national network. You will win new accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and expand partnerships by introducing new ad formats.

This role blends strategic sales leadership with hands-on dealmaking, requiring deep cannabis retail knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of revenue growth through partnerships and innovative ad

Qualifications

• Experience in retail media within a sales/BD function across multiple retailers.
• Cannabis industry experience with multiple dispensary operators.
• Proven business development and multi-year revenue-sharing or tiered-discount deals.
• Knowledge of cannabis brands (1P/3P) and the role of ads in-store and online.
• Strong relationship-building and communication; adept at long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort selling an evolving product suite and cross-selling new ad formats.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new retailer accounts onto Dutchie's retail media platform.
• Build and manage a prioritized pipeline across states and market segments.
• Negotiate contractual ad agreements with dispensaries, addressing ad impact on ecommerce and brand.
• Re-engage accounts to upsell additional ad formats as they launch.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Brand Operations to relay feedback for roadmap.
• Represent Dutchie's retail media at industry events and with decision-makers at multi-state operators.
• Track and report monthly/quarterly account growth, format adoption, and revenue impact.
