Dutchie is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Media Partnerships to lead our cannabis retail media initiatives with dispensaries across the US. You will win new retailer accounts onto our advertising platform, negotiate commercial terms, and expand relationships by introducing new ad formats.

You’ll manage a multi-state pipeline, collaborate with product and operations, and represent Dutchie at industry events to drive growth and higher margins for retailers.

Formación

• Experience in retail media within a sales/BD function, across multiple retailers and varying ad maturity.
• Cannabis industry experience with dispensaries or strong cannabis expertise.
• Proven business development and negotiation skills, including multi-year revenue-sharing or tiered-discount deals.
• Knowledge of cannabis brand roles (1P/3P) and trade spend in-store experiences.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to introduce new ad formats and re-engage accounts as the product evolves.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, pitch, and close new retailer accounts onto Dutchie’s retail media platform, starting with Sponsored Placements on e-commerce menus.
• Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of prospective and existing retailer relationships across states and market segments.
• Negotiate contractual ad agreements with dispensaries and address concerns about ecommerce impact and brand relationships.
• Re-engage existing accounts to up-sell additional ad formats as they launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Brand Operations to relay dispensary feedback for roadmap.
• Represent Dutchie’s retail media at industry events and in outreach to decision-makers at large operators.
• Track and report monthly/quarterly account growth, format adoption, and revenue impact.
