Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Activation Manager for Amazon (Finance) to own planning, activation, and optimization of display media across priorities. You will lead data analytics, AMC initiatives, and performance storytelling to align with brand and business goals.

The role coordinates with brand, sales, finance, and analytics teams, guiding cross-functional projects in a fast-paced retail media environment. Hybrid in-office with remote options in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in shopper/retail media, digital retail, or equivalent roles; Amazon experience preferred.
• Strong data analytics foundation with measurement tools.
• Budget management and campaign execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, activate, pace, and optimize display media to meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Lead data-driven optimization, investment allocation, and strategy refinement.
• Drive AMC leadership, audience development, and measurement frameworks.
• Build dashboards and storytelling frameworks for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with retail partners and agencies to create joint plans and drive value.
