The Home Depot is seeking a Retail Media Reporting & Insights Senior Analyst to drive measurement strategy and ROMO storytelling across suppliers/advertisers within the retail media network.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, and translate complex analytics into clear narratives for internal and external stakeholders, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize media performance and guide investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work with other departments providing analytical insight on business performance.
• Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements.
• Analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance.
• Takes the lead on new programs and initiatives for Web Analytics Team.
• Provide web analytics strategy to Specialty Channel.
