Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Director of Data Science to shape the data-driven vision for Core Marketing and Retail Media. You will lead a team of data scientists to build predictive models, segmentation, and measurement frameworks that drive growth and optimize advertising value.

Collaborating with Marketing, Retail Media, Customer Analytics and Product, you will translate complex problems into scalable analytics, establish governance, and deliver measurable ROI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years leading advanced analytics, data science, ML, or AI teams in large-scale environments.
• 7+ years of people leadership of data science and analytics teams.
• Expertise in marketing analytics, personalization, CLV, segmentation, forecasting, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science advocacy and align with executive stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development plans for the team.
• Develop and execute a long-term data science strategy and operating model.

Education

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or related quantitative field
