BROWHAUS – The first concept store in Singapore to specialize in Brow and Lash Grooming Services. Signature treatments like Brow Resurrection and Eye Define keep us at the forefront of grooming technology, while proprietary products such as our Semi Permanent Makeup After-care System caters to grooming needs at home.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily business operations of both Strip & Browhaus, and maintenance of the outlet in accordance with company’s policies.
• Establish strong rapport with clients and attend to clients’ feedbacks & complaints promptly, to achieve high clients’ satisfaction and revenue target.
• Provide guidance and direction to the team with regards to all operational and procedural matters.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge on products, services and equipment of both brands through effective communication to increase customers’ understanding and generate sales.
• Ensure sanitisation and cleanliness of the outlet is up to standard.
• Lead and motivate the team to drive retail excellence and process optimization.
• Communicate and build relationships with team members, and ensure maximum employee retention.
• Identify areas of improvements, and propose ideas and tools which increases team productivity.
• Other ad-hoc duties where necessary.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly adaptable and able to exercise flexibility whenever necessary.
