Job summary

International Financial Corporation, part of the TRATON Group, is seeking a Retail & Lease Operations Analyst Senior in Lisle, Illinois. This role supports the finance company’s operations across titles, insurance, data entry, portfolio management, and customer service.

You will process payments, balance cash, reconcile unapplied items, and assist in month-end activities and audits. Collaboration with multiple departments and system improvement initiatives is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of credit or collections experience.
• Master's degree and no experience
• At least 3 years of credit or collections experience

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with internal and external customers.
• Process all incoming loan/lease payments and bank deposits; document returns.
• Perform daily cash balancing and reconcile discrepancies with bank statements.
• Reconcile and report unapplied cash items; research customer accounts/pay histories.
• Ensure accurate booking/data entry/funding of new loans and leases; assist month-end reconciliations.
• Handle terminations, extensions, rebooks and account maintenance; respond to inquiries.
• Support internal/external audits; document processes and train others on best practices.
