International'sFALDprogram offers early career professionals a three-year rotational program that gives you opportunities to rotate through various areas of International within our Accounting, Finance and Operations Teams, including: Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution.

Rotation flexibility is an important component of ourFALDProgram, as rotationassignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US.

Our US-based program has two start dates a year: January and June/July.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • OR
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Will obtain degree prior to first day of employment
  • OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economic
  • Master’s Degree or Master’s Degree in process
Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
