Job summary

You will meet with clients, architects and engineers to define requirements, monitor schedules, coordinate crews, review change orders and manage invoicing where applicable, while implementing an effective PM strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial retail construction management.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Ability to read floor plans and construction documents.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Outlook.
• Experience with installation practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Meet with customers, architects, and engineers to establish requirements, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor and maintain construction project schedule.
• Serve as a liaison between Miller Zell Inc., contractors and customers.
• Enforce contractual requirements and review/change orders.
• Execute all contract documents.
• Schedule crews and train subcontractors.
• Manage project reporting, completion and closeout.
• Manage subcontractor invoicing and customer billing where applicable.
• Order equipment and implement an effective project management strategy.
