Snatch UP Jobs in the United States is seeking a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is remote, US-based with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will drive implementations from discovery to go-live, own plans, risks, and deliver practical fashion retail solutions with product and technical teams. Travel and senior IC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation).
• Proven record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward with minimal team.
• Experience managing multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort in a senior IC role and willingness to travel regularly.

• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

US-based location. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
