Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Fashion Retail Delivery Lead to oversee complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on, individual-contributor role is remote from the US East Coast with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live, own multi-project plans, and drive conversations with customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

US East Coast location preferred. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
