• BA/BS, MBA preferred, 3+ years of equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Good planning and analytical abilities
• Action oriented, ambitious professional with demonstrable business acumen
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, presentation building, and Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing Merch on Demand/Print on Demand Programs
• Develop strategic marketing calendar across all brands leveraging franchise moments and content tentpoles
• Create, execute and maintain listings across all brands including uploading creative, PDP elements and troubleshooting issues
• Partner with CP creative team for graphic needs and creative brief submissions
• Report and leverage financial and retail analysis to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Build and maintain master spreadsheet of product listings catalogue for reference and reporting
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure revenue objectives are achieved
• Proven presentation skills with ability to influence and drive results with stakeholders
• Assist in entry and development of forecasts into relevant systems for processing
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to kick off and track projects
• Supports the development of new business initiatives to drive growth within ecommerce retailers
