W3Global is seeking a Senior Retail Designer to translate brand identity into compelling interior and exterior spaces. You will lead from concept to construction documentation, presenting to clients and guiding decisions with confidence.

You’ll collaborate with technical, branding, and construction teams, selecting materials that balance aesthetics with budget while mentoring junior designers to foster a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong retail portfolio (interior and exterior).
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Smartsheet a plus).
• Strength in space planning, finishes, lighting, and curb appeal.
• Experience in both conceptual design and technical execution, including construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior and exterior retail concepts aligned with client goals and brand identity.
• Present concepts to clients, gather input, and guide design decisions.
• Partner with technical, branding, and construction teams to keep the brand story cohesive.
• Select materials balancing aesthetics with budget.
• Review architectural plans for feasibility, functionality, and flair.
• Track trends to keep projects fresh across multiple initiatives.
• Manage timelines and approvals across projects.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
