Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Senior Retail Designer to translate brand identity into compelling interior and exterior spaces. You will lead from concept to construction documentation, presenting to clients and guiding decisions with confidence.

You’ll collaborate with technical, branding, and construction teams, selecting materials that balance aesthetics with budget while mentoring junior designers to foster a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong retail portfolio (interior and exterior).
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Smartsheet a plus).
• Strength in space planning, finishes, lighting, and curb appeal.
• Experience in both conceptual design and technical execution, including construction docs.

A leading retail brand is looking for a Senior Retail Designer who can turn a blank space into a brand statement, inside and out.
You’ll work directly with clients from first sketch to final fixture detail, translating their goals into bold, buildable retail environments and guiding them through design decisions with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Develop interior and exterior retail concepts that align with client goals and brand identity

• Partner with technical, branding, and construction teams to keep the brand story cohesive

• Track retail, design, and pop culture trends to keep projects fresh
• Manage timelines and approvals across multiple projects
• Mentor junior designers and help build a collaborative studio culture

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a FIDER/CIDA accredited program
• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong retail portfolio (interior and exterior)
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Smartsheet a plus)
• Strength in space planning, finishes, lighting, and curb appeal
• Proven experience in both conceptual design and technical execution, including construction documentation, specs, and schedules
• Excellent visual and verbal communication, and the ability to pitch a concept and sell a vision
• Strong project management skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
