Job summary

Citizens Financial Group is seeking an Environmental Brand Designer to lead interior design and exterior signage across our branch network and offices. You will shape our brand environments, coordinate with architects, suppliers and internal partners from pre-design through post-construction, and drive on-time project delivery.

You will manage multiple projects, review drawings, budgets and specs, and ensure brand standards, ADA compliance and regulatory requirements are met while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architecture, interior design, or retail design with a focus on design
• Portfolio of interior architecture or interior design accomplishments
• Strong influencing, negotiating and presentation skills
• Thought leadership and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to build strong partnerships with peers, suppliers and leaders
• Lead and manage multiple complex design projects with tight timelines
• Proficient in interpreting construction documents with an eye for design
• Experience presenting design concepts and using AutoCad/Adobe Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve and maintain interior construction design standards
• Design and execute exterior signage and trade dress concepts
• Develop decor, signage and environmental playbooks with budgeting options
• Manage multiple projects daily with schedules, contracts and invoices
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to approve design documents
• Perform site visits and inspections and resolve punch list items
• Evaluate projects to capture learnings and drive cost savings
