Job summary

Looma is expanding its in-store digital media platform and seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to own complex deployments across national retailers. You will drive planning, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time launches.

You will lead the creation of playbooks, manage blockers, and build scalable processes—traveling to stores and vendor sites about 25% of the time to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project, program, or implementation management experience.
• Experience leading multi-site physical rollouts across hundreds of locations.
• Experience working with large retail chains or in-store media is preferred.
• Experience creating project management processes, documentation, or training for a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end large, multi-site retail deployments from planning to handoff to steady-state operations.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans covering hardware, surveys, installation, content readiness, and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Retail Ops, Product & Tech, Sales, and Content as well as with partners and vendors.
• Track milestones, surface risks early, and drive decisions to keep deployments on schedule.
• Create repeatable playbooks and templates for new launches and hardware refreshes.
• Own project management discipline, standards, tools, and training at Looma.
• Mentor junior team members and improve planning, resourcing, and forecasting.
