Job summary

Snatch Up is hiring a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to partner with enterprise fashion and retail customers and deliver practical, lasting improvements.

You will lead discovery, solution design, implementation and adoption for complex retail programmes, and advise fashion, merchandising and retail operations teams.

This role requires 7+ years in consulting, professional services or enterprise SaaS, with strong programme management and the ability to engage senior client teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, enterprise SaaS, customer delivery or implementation.
• Experience in retail, fashion, merchandising, supply chain or store operations.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder communication and analytical problem solving skills.
• Confidence working with senior customer teams in a fast paced environment.
