Ur Talent is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise customers from discovery through adoption, helping fashion and retail teams translate needs into clear, actionable implementations.

You will lead workshops, craft implementation plans and workflows, and coordinate product, technical and customer stakeholders through rollout and go-live in a fast-moving retail SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail consulting, SaaS implementation, professional services or customer delivery.
• Hands-on experience with fashion, merchandising, supply chain or store operations.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence owning customer implementations in a fast-moving environment.
