Job summary

Snatch Up is seeking a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to partner with enterprise fashion and retail customers and deliver practical, lasting improvements.

You will lead discovery, solution design, implementation and adoption for complex retail programmes while advising merchandising and operations teams on planning and execution. You will manage senior customer stakeholders, delivery plans, risks and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, enterprise SaaS, customer delivery or implementation.
• Experience in retail, fashion, merchandising, supply chain or store operations.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder communication and analytical problem solving skills.
• Confidence working with senior customer teams in a fast paced environment.
