Job summary

Ross Stores, headquartered in Dublin, CA, seeks a Business Analyst to manage enterprise data in the MDM system and partner with business units. You will review, entry, and audit data while delivering governance and training materials to ensure data standards.

You will analyze data for insights, act as SME for master data domains, and collaborate with IT to translate requirements across teams, driving process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, HR, or Computer Science, or an equivalent diploma.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Retail or IT.
• Prior Data Governance and Administration experience or exposure preferred.
• Ability to translate requirements clearly between business and IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of productivity software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and point of contact for multiple business units, addressing requests and troubleshooting issues.
• Analyze data to provide insights and business visibility.
• Become SME for Supplier, Org, and Location Master data used by the business.
• Maintain governance and training materials to support data standards.
• Manage workflow and requests in a Master Data Management Tool.
• Identify opportunities to improve service to the business.
