Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/finance.
• 8-12+ years of progressive retail banking experience with branch leadership.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, regulations, and risk/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Market Managers and retail staff.
• Drive deposit growth, new accounts, cross-sell and service quality.
• Manage retail operations, cash handling, teller operations, and branch audits.
• Develop and execute retail strategy and collaborate with other departments.
