Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail or related experience.
• Demonstrated product knowledge and growing expertise in MonkeySports gear.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed product recommendations and assist with equipment fittings.
• Drive sales by upselling accessories and meeting customer needs.
• Manage merchandising sections and maintain brand presentation.
• Process sales, returns and exchanges at the register.
