Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in retail banking and sales management.
• Proven success in sales, service, operations, and employee retention.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to organizational, business, and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share by leading and coaching branch and area staff.
• Oversee branch performance, analyzing data to develop action plans.
• Coordinate campaigns and align with compensation programs to motivate behavior.
• Identify synergies and priorities for branches under Market Director.
