WxTite is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial restoration projects, including water intrusion remediation and rebuilds. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution while mentoring junior staff and fostering client relationships.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and subcontractors. A construction management degree or 6+ years in the field is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or 6+ years in the construction industry preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading or mentoring project teams preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; business development experience is a plus.
• Proficient with project management software including Procore.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple commercial restoration projects — including water intrusion and reconstruction — ensuring adherence to safety standards, project scope, and financial objectives.
• Apply expert knowledge in structural water intrusion remediation and reconstruction/rebuild scopes.
• Lead all phases of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, submittals, billings, quality control, and on-site execution across mitigation and rebuild projects.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers, technicians, and crew leads; foster talent development and team success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; support sales, customer satisfaction, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage internal mitigation, reconstruction, and contents teams alongside subcontractors and trade partners to drive project success.
• Prepare and process all project-related documentation, including estimates, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, AP/AR, payroll, and cost forecasts.
• Utilize software tools such as Procore, HH2, and Microsoft Office for project management, moisture-mapping documentation, and reporting.
