Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking a Senior Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex restoration projects from scope through completion. You will own budgets, timelines, and customer satisfaction, coordinating subcontractors, field teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with insurance claims, estimating, scopes, and change orders, plus proven leadership. Travel may be required; safety and profitability are core priorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in restoration, reconstruction, construction, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management in restoration or construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects, including high-value losses.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, restoration processes, estimating, and change orders.
• Ability to manage project budgets, job costs, schedules, and profitability.
• supervisory/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial reconstruction.
• Experience with insurance adjusters, property owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to read construction plans and project documents.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to own the project and make decisions.
• IICRC certification such as WRT, ASD, or related preferred.
• Experience with Xactimate preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion and closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, profitability, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and walk-throughs to identify requirements and risks.
• Review scopes, estimates, change orders, and insurance docs for accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, field employees, and resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to stay on time and budget.
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, owners, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to teams.
• Identify risks and develop solutions before delays or cost overruns.
• Monitor costs, production, labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
• Review completed work for quality and scope compliance.
• Manage change orders with proper approvals and documentation.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and team members.
• Provide leadership on high-value or high-profile projects.
