Qualifications

• Proficiency with RAM, STAAD, or RISA.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal client communication.
• Experience with landmark, historic preservation, or complex restoration projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

This position offers the opportunity to lead complex building restoration, rehabilitation, and preservation projects throughout the city while playing a key role in mentoring staff and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of existing buildings, ranging from multifamily and commercial assets to historic and architecturally significant structures. This is a highly visible role with direct involvement in project execution, client relationships, and technical leadership.
