Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Stallings, NC, is seeking a Restoration Construction Manager to plan, schedule, and execute residential and commercial rebuild projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple sites, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry/Insurance related losses.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience.
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
• Must be able to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute residential and commercial rebuild projects.
• Direct communication with customers throughout the project to ensure excellent service.
• Manage subcontractors and sources to complete projects on time and under budget.
• Ensure materials, supplies, permits, and inspections are obtained timely.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry work.
• Adhere to construction scope detailing time and material specifications and report discrepancies.
• Assist in change order estimating and documentation.
