ServiceMaster DSI is seeking an experienced Restoration Construction Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects. You will plan, schedule, and execute projects while coordinating with customers and subcontractors across multiple sites. The role offers an aggressive bonus program based on performance and a opportunity for growth within a growing company.

Salary starts at $85k-$100k annually, depending on experience, with strong benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry.
• Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience.
• 2 years Project Management Experience.
• Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Xactimate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across locations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources to complete projects on time and under budget.
• Ensure materials, permits, and inspections are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in change order estimating, approval processes and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven leader who can create and shape a positive culture amongst the team.
• Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensures technical problems with installations and troubleshooting assignments are communicated to the Regional Construction Manager.
• Utilize our pool of subcontractors while constantly seeking new resources to complete projects on time and under budget..
• Ensures material, supplies, permits,, and inspections are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects.
• Ensures adherence to the construction scope detailing time and material specifications, and communicates to the management any discrepancies in the scope.
• Assists in change order estimating, approval process and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry/Insurance related losses
• Must have Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience
• 2 years Project Management Experience
• Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred)Must have ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
