Job summary

COREcruitment is partnering with a Bay Area restaurant group to hire an Assistant General Manager in Menlo Park, CA. This is not an entry-level role; 2+ years of restaurant management experience and hands-on leadership are required.

You will support the General Manager, lead front-of-house, drive service standards, oversee opening procedures, and help manage scheduling, training, inventory, labor and financial performance while building a strong culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience
• Full-service restaurant experience is required
• Comfortable working in a high-energy environment
• Proven ability to maintain high service and operational standards
• Hands-on leader who leads by example

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading day-to-day restaurant operations
• Help lead and develop a strong front-of-house team
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Oversee opening procedures and establish strong operating systems
