Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese, part of CEC Entertainment, is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager in a fast-paced family restaurant. You’ll lead staff, manage scheduling, uphold quality and safety, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and meet local requirements for serving alcohol where applicable.
• High-school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in food service or as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, and standards compliance.
• Build sales by recruiting, training, and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach and motivate staff to maintain high guest service quality and safety.
• Exercise cost control, inventory, and labor management with sound judgment.
