Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment in Fresno, CA seeks a Senior Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards under the General Manager. You will lead teams across front- and back-of-house areas to positively impact results.

Role requires 5+ years of hospitality experience, strong COGS/labor management, and a passion for guest satisfaction. Expect weekend, night, and holiday shifts in a high-energy setting with opportunities for growth.

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen

THE SENIOR MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience

• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
