Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction across strategic initiatives and operating standards.

You will oversee a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment and lead hourly teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, proven leadership, and ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Job Description: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. What we are looking for! You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene You can communicate with the Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN! You like immediate gratification! Nothing better than making someone's experience better or inspiring your team to play at a higher level You have never met a goal you can't beat You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeks The ability to oversee all aspects of the business - from the most minor details to the big picture

Requirements:
