Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, oversee standards, and drive guest experience across a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment.

You will lead hourly team members, coach recruiting, hiring, training, and development, manage costs and labor, and collaborate with the management team to achieve excellent results while delivering FUN and memorable guest experiences.

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
