Job summary

Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant/Operations Manager to lead strategy and standards across our fast-paced restaurant and entertainment venue.

You will drive guest experiences, staff development, and daily operations with a focus on results and consistency. In this role you will manage teams, oversee cost of goods and labor, and ensure excellent service while operating in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
