Role Overview

As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will lead restaurant operations, support service excellence, develop staff, and partner with the kitchen to ensure quality. You will be part of a stable company with over 30 years of success, with comprehensive training in operations, finance, and leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations including food prep, guest relations, and service standards.
2. Manage restaurant flow during business hours, ensuring standards are met.
3. Handle financial operations such as safe, tips, invoices, and vendor relations.
4. Manage human resources and staff scheduling.
5. Forecast product needs and participate in hiring.
6. Develop incentive programs and support sales and marketing.
7. Ensure food quality and recipe compliance.
8. Recognize and coach team members.
9. Make labor decisions and participate in interviews.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 21 years old.
2. 4+ years management experience in any industry.
3. 2+ years management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
4. College degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
5. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
6. Good job longevity.
7. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., carry up to 120 ft., reach up to 6 ft., and work at counter heights of 36-42 inches.
8. Able to navigate small spaces and aisles.
