Sunness Supper Club in Fort Lauderdale is seeking experienced General Managers and Restaurant Managers to lead our front-of-house and overall operations. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, coach a high-performing team, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

This role offers growth opportunities within a new upscale concept.

Qualificações

• Proven GM or Restaurant Manager experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a high-performing team across front-of-house and kitchen for GMs.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit financial goals.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally to turn visits into positive experiences.
• Collaborate with ownership on menu rollouts, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
