Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; national chain preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) or prior Unit General Manager experience with a similar organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and Hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manages staffing levels and scheduling to meet sales demands.
• Maintains adherence to safety, security, and government standards.
• Oversees training procedures and development of Managers.
• Conducts weekly management meetings and quarterly employee meetings.
