Job summary

Supreme Dumpling and Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to deliver new restaurants from due diligence and design through construction, turnover to opening day. This role collaborates with leadership, landlords, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time openings and adherence to brand standards.

The position supports growth across states with a remote option from Redmond, WA / California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Restaurant, retail, or multi-unit tenant improvement experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and kitchen equipment drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; project management software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Availability to respond to time-sensitive issues outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning with leadership, landlords, and engineers.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and master schedules for new locations and remodels.
• Manage design development and ensure brand-standard plans.
• Oversee permitting and submittals with design teams.
• Run bidding processes, level bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Track schedules and budgets; approve pay apps and change orders.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate turnover and opening readiness with operations.
