Job summary

Supreme Dumping and Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is seeking a Construction Manager to lead restaurant development from site due diligence through construction and opening. You will coordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and our operations team to keep every project on schedule, on budget, and built to Kizuki standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Technical and construction knowledge; restaurant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and kitchen equipment drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite; experience with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership, landlords, architects, and engineers during site due diligence and early planning.
• Develop project scopes, preliminary budgets, and master schedules for new locations, relocations, and remodels.
• Manage design development and drawing reviews to reflect brand standards and operational needs.
• Oversee permitting and submittals; coordinate with design teams.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, change orders, and amendments; coordinate furniture, signage, and equipment handoffs.
• Track project schedules and budgets; review pay applications and change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate punch lists, turnover, and handoffs to operations ahead of training and opening.
• Travel up to 30% across states; respond to time-sensitive site issues and opening deadlines.
